Ingredients

  • 2 Keto bread slices, toasted
  • 4 oz (115g) Cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 small clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Melt butter; sauté mushrooms over medium-high heat 5-6 minutes until deeply browned.
  2. Stir in garlic and thyme; cook 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread cream cheese on the toasts; top with mushrooms and parsley. Close or serve open-faced.
