Ingredients
- 2 Keto bread slices, toasted
- 4 oz (115g) Cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 small clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Melt butter; sauté mushrooms over medium-high heat 5-6 minutes until deeply browned.
- Stir in garlic and thyme; cook 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread cream cheese on the toasts; top with mushrooms and parsley. Close or serve open-faced.
