Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 8 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Pat shrimp dry; season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear shrimp 1-2 minutes per side until pink; remove to a plate.
- Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic; cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in cayenne and lemon juice. Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges.
