  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded
  • 24 Pepperoni slices, mini
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • light coating Avocado oil spray

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Separate onion into individual rings. Arrange on the sheet.
  3. Fill each ring with shredded parmesan.
  4. Top each with 1-2 pepperoni slices. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
  5. Spray lightly with oil. Bake 18-20 min until cheese is golden and crispy.
