- 1 large White onion, sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded
- 24 Pepperoni slices, mini
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- light coating Avocado oil spray
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Separate onion into individual rings. Arrange on the sheet.
