  • 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
  • 4 oz (115g) Roasted chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 slice (28g) Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach
  • 2 slices Tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. Slice the sub roll. Spread mayo on both halves.
  2. Layer chicken; top with provolone.
  3. Add spinach and tomato; season with pepper.
  4. Close and slice on the bias.
