- 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
- 4 oz (115g) Roasted chicken breast, sliced
- 1 slice (28g) Provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup Baby spinach
- 2 slices Tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

Method
- Slice the sub roll. Spread mayo on both halves.
- Layer chicken; top with provolone.
