Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz / 170g each) Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Caesar dressing (no added sugar)
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken in a small baking dish. Spread Caesar dressing over each breast.
  3. Top generously with parmesan and a few cracks of pepper.
  4. Bake 22-25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
