Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz / 170g each) Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Caesar dressing (no added sugar)
- 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in a small baking dish. Spread Caesar dressing over each breast.
- Top generously with parmesan and a few cracks of pepper.
- Bake 22-25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
