Ingredients

  • 1 cup (100g) Parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk egg white lightly, then fold in parmesan and oregano.
  3. Drop teaspoon-sized mounds onto the parchment, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly.
  4. Bake 7-8 minutes until golden. Cool fully on the pan to crisp up.
