Ingredients
- 1 cup (100g) Parmesan, finely grated
- 1 Egg white
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk egg white lightly, then fold in parmesan and oregano.
- Drop teaspoon-sized mounds onto the parchment, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly.
- Bake 7-8 minutes until golden. Cool fully on the pan to crisp up.
