- 4 oz (113g) Pepperoni slices
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, finely grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Method
- Arrange pepperoni slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air-fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes until edges curl and centers crisp.
- Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Pat off excess grease.
- While warm, dust with parmesan, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Cool 2 minutes — they crisp up further as they sit.
