  • 4 oz (113g) Pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method

  1. Arrange pepperoni slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air-fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes until edges curl and centers crisp.
  3. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Pat off excess grease.
  4. While warm, dust with parmesan, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  5. Cool 2 minutes — they crisp up further as they sit.
