Ingredients
- 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
- 3 tbsp Sugar-free marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup (55g) Mozzarella, shredded
- 12 slices Pepperoni
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- pinch Crushed red pepper
Method
- Preheat broiler. Slice the sub roll lengthwise (don't fully separate).
- Spread marinara inside; sprinkle mozzarella, then layer pepperoni.
- Top with more mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
- Broil 4-6 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges of pepperoni curl.
- Sprinkle crushed red pepper. Slice and serve hot.
