Ingredients

  • 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup (55g) Mozzarella, shredded
  • 12 slices Pepperoni
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • pinch Crushed red pepper

Method

  1. Preheat broiler. Slice the sub roll lengthwise (don't fully separate).
  2. Spread marinara inside; sprinkle mozzarella, then layer pepperoni.
  3. Top with more mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
  4. Broil 4-6 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges of pepperoni curl.
  5. Sprinkle crushed red pepper. Slice and serve hot.
