- 2 cups (300g) Cooked shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup Basil pesto
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts, toasted
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 large English cucumber, sliced thick
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
