Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 medium Onion, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Sauté peppers, mushrooms, and onion in butter 5 minutes.
  2. Push veggies aside. Sear steak slices 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, toss everything together.
  4. Top with provolone, cover 1 minute to melt. Serve in bowls.
