Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 medium Onion, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Sauté peppers, mushrooms, and onion in butter 5 minutes.
- Push veggies aside. Sear steak slices 2-3 minutes.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, toss everything together.
- Top with provolone, cover 1 minute to melt. Serve in bowls.
