Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 10 Pepperoni slices

Method

  1. Make 2 chaffles: mix egg, half the mozzarella, almond flour, and Italian seasoning. Cook in waffle maker.
  2. Preheat oven to broil.
  3. Place chaffles on a baking sheet. Spread marinara on each.
  4. Top with remaining mozzarella and pepperoni.
  5. Broil 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
