Ingredients
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 tbsp Almond flour
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free marinara sauce
- 10 Pepperoni slices
Method
- Make 2 chaffles: mix egg, half the mozzarella, almond flour, and Italian seasoning. Cook in waffle maker.
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Place chaffles on a baking sheet. Spread marinara on each.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Broil 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
