Ingredients
- 2 Bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 3 Garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Pat pork chops dry. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops 5 minutes per side until golden crust forms.
- Add butter, rosemary, and garlic to the pan. Baste chops with foaming butter for 2 minutes.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving. Spoon pan juices over the chops.
