Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 3 Egg whites
- 1.5 cups Almond flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan or shape by hand on a baking sheet.
- Blend cottage cheese and egg whites until smooth.
- Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Divide into 6 portions. Shape into bagel rounds.
- Brush tops with a little egg white, sprinkle with everything seasoning. Bake 22-25 minutes until golden.
