Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan or shape by hand on a baking sheet.
  2. Blend cottage cheese and egg whites until smooth.
  3. Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  4. Divide into 6 portions. Shape into bagel rounds.
  5. Brush tops with a little egg white, sprinkle with everything seasoning. Bake 22-25 minutes until golden.
