Ingredients
- 3 lbs (1.4kg) Pork shoulder
- 2 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 12 leaves Butter lettuce
- 2 cups Coleslaw mix (cabbage)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Rub pork with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place in slow cooker with vinegar. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
- Shred with forks. Mix with BBQ sauce.
- Mix coleslaw with mayo, salt, and pepper.
- Serve pulled pork in lettuce wraps topped with coleslaw.
