Ingredients

  • 3 lbs (1.4kg) Pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 12 leaves Butter lettuce
  • 2 cups Coleslaw mix (cabbage)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Rub pork with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place in slow cooker with vinegar. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
  3. Shred with forks. Mix with BBQ sauce.
  4. Mix coleslaw with mayo, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve pulled pork in lettuce wraps topped with coleslaw.
