Ingredients
- 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
- 4 oz (115g) Roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 slice (28g) Sharp cheddar
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- 1 tbsp Red onion, slivered
- to taste Black pepper
Method
- Mix mayo with horseradish.
- Slice the sub roll. Spread horseradish mayo on both halves.
- Layer roast beef and cheddar; add arugula and red onion.
- Season with black pepper. Close and slice on the bias.
