  • 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
  • 4 oz (115g) Roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice (28g) Sharp cheddar
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, slivered
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. Mix mayo with horseradish.
  2. Slice the sub roll. Spread horseradish mayo on both halves.
  3. Layer roast beef and cheddar; add arugula and red onion.
  4. Season with black pepper. Close and slice on the bias.
