Ingredients
- 1/2 head (450g) Green cabbage, cut into 1-inch steaks
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup (25g) Parmesan, grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with olive oil.
- Scatter garlic and thyme over the tops. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast 20 minutes, flip, and roast 10 more minutes until edges are deeply caramelized.
- Sprinkle with parmesan during the last 3 minutes to melt. Serve hot.
