Ingredients
- 8 (60g) Salami slices
- 4 oz (113g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp Fresh chives, minced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press a salami slice into each well of a standard muffin tin to form 8 cups.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges curl and crisp.
- Stir cream cheese with chives, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
- Cool salami cups 2 minutes, then pipe or spoon herbed cream cheese into each.
- Garnish with extra chives and serve.
