Ingredients

  • 8 (60g) Salami slices
  • 4 oz (113g) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press a salami slice into each well of a standard muffin tin to form 8 cups.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges curl and crisp.
  4. Stir cream cheese with chives, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Cool salami cups 2 minutes, then pipe or spoon herbed cream cheese into each.
  6. Garnish with extra chives and serve.
