- 1 cup (240g) Natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 1/4 cup (60g) Butter, softened
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup Powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Flaky sea salt
Method
- Beat peanut butter, butter, coconut oil, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions into mini muffin liners.
- Sprinkle each with a pinch of flaky salt.
