  • 1 cup (240g) Natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup Powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Flaky sea salt

Method

  1. Beat peanut butter, butter, coconut oil, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions into mini muffin liners.
  3. Sprinkle each with a pinch of flaky salt.
  4. Freeze 30 minutes until firm. Store in the freezer; let sit 1-2 minutes before eating.
