Ingredients
- 1 bun (2 halves) Almond flour bun
- 5 oz (140g) Ground beef (85% lean)
- 2 tbsp Onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp Green bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Yellow mustard
- to taste Garlic powder, salt, pepper
Method
- Brown beef in a skillet 3-4 minutes; drain excess fat.
- Add onion and bell pepper; cook 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire, mustard, and seasonings. Simmer 4-5 minutes until thick.
- Toast the bun. Spoon filling onto the bottom; top with the lid.
- Serve immediately.
