Ingredients

  • 1 bun (2 halves) Almond flour bun
  • 5 oz (140g) Ground beef (85% lean)
  • 2 tbsp Onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Yellow mustard
  • to taste Garlic powder, salt, pepper

Method

  1. Brown beef in a skillet 3-4 minutes; drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper; cook 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire, mustard, and seasonings. Simmer 4-5 minutes until thick.
  4. Toast the bun. Spoon filling onto the bottom; top with the lid.
  5. Serve immediately.
