  • 2 oz (55g) Smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp Capers, drained (optional)
  • to taste Black pepper

Method
