  • 1 slice (28g) Sharp provolone
  • 5 rings Peperoncini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Arugula

  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • to taste Oregano, salt, pepper

Method

  1. Slice the sub roll.
