- 1 slice (28g) Sharp provolone
- 5 rings Peperoncini, sliced
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- 2 slices Tomato, sliced
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
- to taste Oregano, salt, pepper
Method
- Slice the sub roll.
- Layer capicola; top with provolone.
