  • 4 slices (1.3 oz) Genoa salami
  • 10 slices Pepperoni
  • 2 slices (1 oz) Hot capicola
  • 1 slice (28g) Provolone cheese
  • 6 rings Pickled banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • to taste Crushed red pepper, oregano

Method

  1. Slice the sub roll lengthwise.
  2. Stack salami, pepperoni, and capicola on the bottom; top with provolone.
  3. Add banana peppers and lettuce.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar; sprinkle crushed red pepper and oregano.
  5. Close and slice on the bias.
