- 4 slices (1.3 oz) Genoa salami
- 10 slices Pepperoni
- 2 slices (1 oz) Hot capicola
- 1 slice (28g) Provolone cheese
- 6 rings Pickled banana peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
- to taste Crushed red pepper, oregano
Method
- Slice the sub roll lengthwise.
- Stack salami, pepperoni, and capicola on the bottom; top with provolone.
