Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Skirt or flank steak, sliced
  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • for garnish Fresh cilantro

Method

  1. Season steak with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Sear steak in avocado oil over very high heat 2-3 min. Remove.
  3. Stir-fry peppers and onion 3-4 minutes.
  4. Return steak, add lime juice, toss.
  5. Serve with guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro.
