Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Skirt or flank steak, sliced
- 2 Bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- for garnish Fresh cilantro
Method
- Season steak with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Sear steak in avocado oil over very high heat 2-3 min. Remove.
- Stir-fry peppers and onion 3-4 minutes.
- Return steak, add lime juice, toss.
- Serve with guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro.
