Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Monk fruit sweetener (powdered)

Method

  1. Beat cream cheese with monk fruit and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  3. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in three additions.
  4. Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
  5. Chill at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
