Ingredients
- 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
- 4 oz (115g) Chicken thigh, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup Sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
- 2 slices Tomato, sliced
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sauté onions until soft and golden, 3-4 minutes; set aside.
- In the same skillet, sear chicken strips 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Add teriyaki sauce and toss to glaze.
- Slice the sub roll. Pile chicken and onions on the bottom.
- Add lettuce and tomato; close and slice on the bias.
