Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Ground beef
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning (sugar-free)
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 large Avocado
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- to taste Salt
Method
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add taco seasoning and cook 2 minutes.
- Mash avocados with lime juice and salt to make guacamole.
- Divide lettuce among bowls. Top with seasoned beef and tomatoes.
- Add guacamole, sour cream, cheddar, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
