Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning (sugar-free)
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 large Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add taco seasoning and cook 2 minutes.
  2. Mash avocados with lime juice and salt to make guacamole.
  3. Divide lettuce among bowls. Top with seasoned beef and tomatoes.
  4. Add guacamole, sour cream, cheddar, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
