Ingredients
- 12 oz (340g) Ground beef (80/20)
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup (50g) Shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Salsa, no sugar added
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
Method
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in spices, salt, and a splash of water. Simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Build bowls: lettuce, beef, tomatoes, avocado, cheese.
- Top with sour cream and salsa. Squeeze lime over the top before serving.
