Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340g) Ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Salsa, no sugar added
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced

Method

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in spices, salt, and a splash of water. Simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  3. Build bowls: lettuce, beef, tomatoes, avocado, cheese.
  4. Top with sour cream and salsa. Squeeze lime over the top before serving.
