- 2 piece(s) Avocado
- 150 g Ground beef
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 40 g Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
Method
- Cook ground beef with cumin and chili.
- Halve avocados and remove the pit.
- Fill with ground beef, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 min.
- Serve with sour cream.
