  • 2 piece(s) Avocado
  • 150 g Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 40 g Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream

Method

  1. Cook ground beef with cumin and chili.
  2. Halve avocados and remove the pit.
  3. Fill with ground beef, sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 min.
  5. Serve with sour cream.
