Ingredients

  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 3 oz (85g) Ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 tsp Taco seasoning (sugar-free)
  • 1 oz (28g) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Salsa verde (sugar-free)
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Pickled jalapeño
  • 1 tsp Cilantro, chopped

Method

  1. Brown beef in a skillet over medium-high; stir in taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Simmer 2 minutes.
  2. Warm the wrap. Spoon beef down the center; top with cheddar, salsa verde, sour cream, lettuce, jalapeños, and cilantro.
  3. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
