Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 3 oz (85g) Ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 tsp Taco seasoning (sugar-free)
- 1 oz (28g) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Salsa verde (sugar-free)
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 tbsp Pickled jalapeño
- 1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
Method
- Brown beef in a skillet over medium-high; stir in taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Warm the wrap. Spoon beef down the center; top with cheddar, salsa verde, sour cream, lettuce, jalapeños, and cilantro.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
