Ingredients

  • 2 Keto bread slices
  • 1 can (5 oz / 140g) Canned tuna in water, drained
  • 1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices (50g) Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Butter (for griddling)
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. Flake tuna and mix with mayo, Dijon, and pepper.
  2. Spread the tuna on one slice; top with cheddar; close with the second slice.
  3. Butter the outsides and griddle over medium heat 2 minutes per side until golden and the cheese has melted.
