Ingredients
- 2 Keto bread slices
- 1 can (5 oz / 140g) Canned tuna in water, drained
- 1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 slices (50g) Cheddar cheese slices
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Butter (for griddling)
- to taste Black pepper
Method
- Flake tuna and mix with mayo, Dijon, and pepper.
- Spread the tuna on one slice; top with cheddar; close with the second slice.
- Butter the outsides and griddle over medium heat 2 minutes per side until golden and the cheese has melted.
