Ingredients
- 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 1 can (5 oz / 140g) Canned tuna in water, drained
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Celery, finely diced
- 1 tsp Capers, drained
- 1 tbsp Red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Flake tuna into a bowl. Mix with mayo, celery, capers, red onion, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
- Lay romaine down the center of the keto wrap.
- Spoon the tuna salad over the lettuce. Roll up tightly and halve on the bias.
