Ingredients

  • 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 1 can (5 oz / 140g) Canned tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Celery, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Capers, drained
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Flake tuna into a bowl. Mix with mayo, celery, capers, red onion, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay romaine down the center of the keto wrap.
  3. Spoon the tuna salad over the lettuce. Roll up tightly and halve on the bias.
