Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 1.5 cup Domates sosu
  • 1 handful(s) Fresh basil
  • 1 top (125 g) Burrata
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Method

  1. Mix ground turkey with almond flour, egg and spices to form meatballs.
  2. Brown meatballs in olive oil on all sides.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 min.
  4. Add tomato sauce, simmer on low for 15 min.
  5. Place burrata on top, sprinkle with basil.
