- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
- 1 tbsp Capers, drained
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 clove Garlic, finely grated

Method
- Flake tuna into a mixing bowl, leaving some larger chunks for texture.
