Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Mixed berries
- 1 tbsp Slivered almonds
- to taste Stevia or erythritol
Method
- Whisk chia, almond milk, heavy cream, vanilla, and sweetener in a jar or bowl until fully combined with no clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. Stir once after 30 minutes if you remember.
- When ready to eat, stir the pudding to loosen. Top with berries and slivered almonds.
