Ingredients

  • 400 g Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 4 slice(s) Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Walnut(s)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  2. Sauté Brussels sprouts in olive oil in the same pan for 10-12 min.
  3. Toss with walnuts, bacon crumbles and parmesan.
