Ingredients
- 400 g Brussels sprouts, halved
- 4 slice(s) Bacon
- 1/4 cup Walnut(s)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Method
- Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Sauté Brussels sprouts in olive oil in the same pan for 10-12 min.
- Toss with walnuts, bacon crumbles and parmesan.
