Ingredients

  • 150 g ground meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 30 g almond flour dough

Method

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground meat, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add the ginger and garam masala to the skillet, stirring well to coat the ground meat evenly, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to bloom the spices.
  3. Remove the filling from the heat and allow it to cool slightly for 2 minutes before assembling.
  4. Divide the almond flour dough into equal portions and flatten each piece into a thin round or triangular shape suitable for folding.
  5. Spoon the spiced ground meat filling onto one half of each dough piece, then fold and press the edges firmly to seal the samosas into their traditional triangular shape.
  6. Heat a skillet or shallow pan over medium-high heat and cook the samosas for about 3 minutes per side until the almond flour dough is golden and crisp.
  7. Serve the keto samosas immediately while hot and crispy.
