- 150 g ground meat
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 30 g almond flour dough
Method
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground meat, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the ginger and garam masala to the skillet, stirring well to coat the ground meat evenly, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to bloom the spices.
- Remove the filling from the heat and allow it to cool slightly for 2 minutes before assembling.
- Divide the almond flour dough into equal portions and flatten each piece into a thin round or triangular shape suitable for folding.
- Spoon the spiced ground meat filling onto one half of each dough piece, then fold and press the edges firmly to seal the samosas into their traditional triangular shape.
- Heat a skillet or shallow pan over medium-high heat and cook the samosas for about 3 minutes per side until the almond flour dough is golden and crisp.
- Serve the keto samosas immediately while hot and crispy.
