Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 oz Deli ham, diced
  • 2 tbsp Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Sauté pepper, onion, and ham in butter 2 minutes.
  2. Pour in beaten eggs. Swirl to coat the pan.
  3. Cook 2 minutes until edges set.
  4. Add cheese on one half. Fold over.
  5. Cook 1 more minute. Slide onto a plate.
