Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 2 oz Deli ham, diced
- 2 tbsp Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Cheddar, shredded
- 1 tbsp Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Sauté pepper, onion, and ham in butter 2 minutes.
- Pour in beaten eggs. Swirl to coat the pan.
- Cook 2 minutes until edges set.
- Add cheese on one half. Fold over.
- Cook 1 more minute. Slide onto a plate.
