Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900g) Chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cucumber, grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and paprika for 30 min.
- Thread onto skewers.
- Grill 5-6 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt for tzatziki.
- Serve skewers with tzatziki.
