Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) Chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and paprika for 30 min.
  2. Thread onto skewers.
  3. Grill 5-6 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
  4. Mix yogurt, cucumber, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt for tzatziki.
  5. Serve skewers with tzatziki.
