Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) Halloumi cheese, sliced
- 1 large Cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Grill or pan-fry halloumi slices 2 minutes per side until golden.
- Combine cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and red onion.
- Whisk olive oil, vinegar, and oregano for dressing.
- Toss salad with dressing. Top with grilled halloumi.
