Ingredients

  • 1 large Fathead flatbread (or keto wrap)
  • 4 oz (115g) Chicken thigh, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cucumber, diced
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, slivered
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Crumbled feta

Method

  1. Toss chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic. Marinate 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 6-8 minutes until cooked and lightly charred.
  3. Warm the flatbread briefly. Spread tzatziki down the center.
  4. Layer chicken, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and feta.
  5. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
