Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Ground turkey (93/7)
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup (75g) Feta, crumbled
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Large egg
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup (120g) Whole-milk Greek yogurt (for sauce)

Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine turkey, dill, feta, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands.
- Form into 12-14 meatballs and arrange on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 18-20 minutes until cooked through (165°F / 74°C internal).
- Serve with Greek yogurt for dipping.
