Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Ground turkey (93/7)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Feta, crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Large egg
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Whole-milk Greek yogurt (for sauce)
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Combine turkey, dill, feta, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands.
  3. Form into 12-14 meatballs and arrange on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake 18-20 minutes until cooked through (165°F / 74°C internal).
  5. Serve with Greek yogurt for dipping.
