Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken thigh (boneless)
  • 1 piece(s) Zucchini
  • 1 piece(s) Red bell pepper
  • 1 piece(s) Red onion
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp each Dried oregano, garlic powder
  • for serving Tzatziki

Method

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon, oregano and garlic powder (at least 30 min).
  2. Cut vegetables into large pieces, toss with olive oil.
  3. Grill chicken 6-7 min per side.
  4. Grill vegetables for 4-5 min.
  5. Serve with tzatziki.
