Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken thigh (boneless)
- 1 piece(s) Zucchini
- 1 piece(s) Red bell pepper
- 1 piece(s) Red onion
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp each Dried oregano, garlic powder
- for serving Tzatziki
Method
- Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon, oregano and garlic powder (at least 30 min).
- Cut vegetables into large pieces, toss with olive oil.
- Grill chicken 6-7 min per side.
- Grill vegetables for 4-5 min.
- Serve with tzatziki.
