  • 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup Full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dijon mustard until smooth.
  2. Add tuna, celery, and dill. Mix gently to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve in lettuce cups, on cucumber rounds, or atop a bed of greens.
