Ingredients
- 1 large Fathead flatbread (or keto wrap)
- 2 tbsp (30g) Crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 1/2 clove Garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp Tomato, diced
- 5 Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp Red onion, slivered
- 1/2 cup Baby spinach
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Fresh dill, chopped
Method
- Mix yogurt with garlic and dill.
- Spread garlic yogurt on the flatbread.
- Layer feta, cucumber, tomato, olives, red onion, and spinach.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
