Ingredients

  • 1 large Fathead flatbread (or keto wrap)
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Crumbled feta
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 1/2 clove Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Cucumber, diced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato, diced
  • 5 Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, slivered
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill, chopped

Method

  1. Mix yogurt with garlic and dill.
  2. Spread garlic yogurt on the flatbread.
  3. Layer feta, cucumber, tomato, olives, red onion, and spinach.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
