Ingredients
- 150 g lamb skewers
- 1 cup lettuce
- 2 medium tomato
- 1 piece cucumber
- 80 g Feta cheese
- 50 g tzatziki
Method
- Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
- Dice the tomatoes and cucumber into chunks, then add them to the bowl with the lettuce.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables in the salad bowl.
- Heat a skillet or grill over high heat for about 1 minute until very hot.
- Cook the lamb skewers for 1 minute total, turning once, until heated through and lightly charred.
- Remove the lamb skewers from heat and slice the meat off the skewers onto the salad.
- Drizzle the tzatziki over the top of the salad and toss gently to combine before serving.
