Ingredients

  • 150 g lamb skewers
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 80 g Feta cheese
  • 50 g tzatziki

Method

  1. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Dice the tomatoes and cucumber into chunks, then add them to the bowl with the lettuce.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables in the salad bowl.
  4. Heat a skillet or grill over high heat for about 1 minute until very hot.
  5. Cook the lamb skewers for 1 minute total, turning once, until heated through and lightly charred.
  6. Remove the lamb skewers from heat and slice the meat off the skewers onto the salad.
  7. Drizzle the tzatziki over the top of the salad and toss gently to combine before serving.
