Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) Feta cheese, drained
  • 1/2 cup (113g) Full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Fresh oregano

Method

  1. Crumble feta into a food processor. Add Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Process 1-2 minutes until light, fluffy, and completely smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  3. Spread into a shallow bowl, swirling the surface.
  4. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Top with red pepper flakes and fresh oregano.
  5. Serve with cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, or keto crackers.
