Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) Feta cheese, drained
- 1/2 cup (113g) Full-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Fresh oregano
Method
- Crumble feta into a food processor. Add Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Process 1-2 minutes until light, fluffy, and completely smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Spread into a shallow bowl, swirling the surface.
- Drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Top with red pepper flakes and fresh oregano.
- Serve with cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, or keto crackers.
