- 4 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush salmon with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Mix sour cream, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, and dill.
