Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Brush salmon with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  4. Mix sour cream, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, and dill.
  5. Serve salmon topped with horseradish cream sauce.
