Ingredients

  • 8 piece(s) Large button mushrooms (portobello or jumbo)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Kashkaval cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Remove mushroom stems and arrange caps on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt butter and mix with garlic and parsley.
  4. Divide the mixture among the mushroom caps.
  5. Sprinkle with grated kashkaval cheese and bake for 18-20 minutes.
