Ingredients
- 8 piece(s) Large button mushrooms (portobello or jumbo)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 clove(s) Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Kashkaval cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped

Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Remove mushroom stems and arrange caps on a baking sheet.
- Melt butter and mix with garlic and parsley.
- Divide the mixture among the mushroom caps.
- Sprinkle with grated kashkaval cheese and bake for 18-20 minutes.
