Ingredients
- 400 g Button mushroom(s)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 3 clove(s) Garlic
- 1 tsp Thyme
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Clean mushrooms and halve them.
- Toss with olive oil, balsamic, garlic and spices.
- Spread on a baking sheet, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 min.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme and serve.
