Ingredients
- 300g Steak (tenderloin or ribeye)
- 1 large Avocado
- 2 handfuls Arugula
- 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, grill each side for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
- Let it rest, then slice thinly.
- Slice the avocado, arrange arugula and tomatoes on a plate.
- Place the steak slices on top.
- Serve with olive oil and lemon juice.
