Ingredients

  • 300g Steak (tenderloin or ribeye)
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 handfuls Arugula
  • 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper, grill each side for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
  2. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
  3. Slice the avocado, arrange arugula and tomatoes on a plate.
  4. Place the steak slices on top.
  5. Serve with olive oil and lemon juice.
